All of our classes, small group and one to one PT sessions are sold on a pay as you go basis, to give you the ultimate flexibility with your training, whether you train with us once a week or every day you decide.

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel your session that you give us 12 hours notice so we can offer up that spot to someone else. If you cancel your spot outside of this 12 hour window or miss the class entirely the class will automatically be deducted from your account and not be eligible for a re-credit.
